Cynthia Peters
Cynthia Peters MN 07 has had 2 successful entrepreneurial enterprises as well as an extensive career in private finance. She has also had considerable board experience having served on numerous, corporate, civic and educational boards. Having an ardent interest in exploration and conservation, she participated in a medical expedition to Mt Everest, experienced life with the Bakas in the Central African Republic, studied elephants in the Dzanga Clearing, and gone beyond political borders in Myanmar to spend time studying, and filming the Kayan People in the Kayan State.
She has been an active supporter of conservation in Idaho and Missouri. She has also taken part in conservation efforts in other areas around the world from Africa to Asia.
